1. Service

Monopulse lets users publish posts, comments, replies, media, bookmarks, direct messages, and markdown blogs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure.

3. Accounts

You may not create multiple accounts, evade bans, impersonate others, or misuse invite codes.

4. Content rules

You may not post illegal content, spam, harassment, malware, non-consensual private information, impersonation, or content that violates another person's rights. NSFW posts must be marked as NSFW.

You also retain ownership of any content you post on Monopulse. By posting content, you grant the developers of Monopulse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

5. Prohibited activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any laws or regulations
• Impersonating other users or entities; doing so may result in a reset of your username, or in a ban if the person or entity you are impersonating contacts us.
• Interfering with or disrupting the service
• Collecting user information without consent
• Posting spam or engaging in abusive behavior
• Using the service for any unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Moderation

We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, ban accounts, or ban IP addresses to protect the service. Permanent bans may be appealed within 90 days.

7. Account deletion

Deleting your account will remove your profile, posts, comments and account page from the website. You can restore it within 14 days.

8. Liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monopulse is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, loss of data, or events outside reasonable control.
